#SPRING AHEAD CHALLENGE I replaced this one with the 22 minute arm flab & ab since my band broke I only have a rubber band & it just doesn't work for this but I love the arm & ab routines since my main focus is my upper body also over all total body strength as well I'm also putting in an hour of zumba today Thank you jessica!

Week 4, day 3 #SpringAhead challenge done along with your 12-Minute Fat Burning Power Walk Home Workout and The Best Cardio Exercises for Losing Weight with Bad Knees: Full 10-Minute Home Workout.  I'm still nursing my sprained wrist so didn't use the bands, but still felt it in my arms and of course couldn't do the push-ups, I did stepping during that part.  Thanks for making me sweat!

SpringAhead Challenge Week 4 day 3 complete!  I like this workout.  My arms are a little shaky but I can feel my upper body getting so much stronger than before.

Totally forgot to check in yesterday for #springahead! That's how much of a sweaty mess I must have been! But i did it and always love this one.

#SpringAhead  final week continues! I was surprised today that I wasn't too sore from doing MetCon yesterday, but boy did I feel EVERYTHING during this workout! There were a few exercises where my band wasn't long enough so I used weights instead, but that ended up working fine for me. My arms were shaking like crazy by the end of this! Haven't done the Calorie Crushing Cardio workout yet–will probably try to fit that in tomorrow with kickboxing.

Completed today's #SpringAhead  challenge workouts!  Started with the Power Pick Up walk, which definitely got my energy up!  Then this resistance band workout, which I haven't done in awhile.  The plies still get me in the thighs, and my shoulders are definitely feeling the burn!  But I feel good!  Great total body workout.  Thanks Jessica!

Another one complete! I only have a straight elastic band, so I alternated between it and 1kg weights where appropriate. I can really feel the arms right now, but I know the rest of my body will be talking to me loudly tomorrow! #SpringAhead

day 3 of #SpringAhead  week 4 – complete! It's the final week and I somehow got behind. As things usually go, life gets in the way… but I'm back and rested and ready to finish strong! 😀

A week late but I promised myself I'd finish the #SpringAhead  challenge no matter what.  Did this yesterday but wasn't able to check in.  Didn't have resistance bands so kept switching from 3-lb to 2-lb to no weights…depending on what my body was telling me.  Still felt it though and you were right…you definitely feel everything the next day…LOL! Oh and did the Dance Party routine in the afternoon and a whole lot of stretching as well 🙂

Spring Ahead Challenge: I forgot to post yesterday. I only have rubber resistance bands that I acquired from doing physical therapy a few years ago. They broke when I had to stretched them far so I had to opt out for 5 pound hand weights for those type of moves. I sure felt my legs last night after doing those deep squats!

I just did this one a couple of weeks ago as part of #SpringAhead but it was today's Summer Shape Up workout. I think I got more out of it today because I was able to manage the band better during transitions and overall. Very intense and I know I'll feel it tomorrow! Focus T25 today was Speed 1.0 and Adriene's Foundations of Yoga was Knees, Chest & Chin Pose.

What a workout!  I've been doing resistance band workout for years but always sitting in a chair.  This time I've had much more fun and of course, much harder, but it certainly is a TOTAL body workout!  I did try to keep up with you Jessica but have to admit that occasionally had to give up before the end, lol.  Thank you again for an imaginative workout.  How do you manage to go for 33 minutes, at your pace,  without a drink of water? You are a Superwoman!!!

Wow! What a workout! I'm not sure I'll have the use of my arms for the rest of the day. When it came time for the push-ups, my chest and shoulder muscles were already totally wasted, so I just did planks with the resistance band. I really like the last move–the one where we lay on our backs and pushed our arms and legs out and back. I've done that one before using a large exercise ball that I would switch back and forth between the hands and feet. It's nice to see other ways to do the same exercise. Thanks for this!

What a great workout. It is one of my favourites but haven't done it in a while and I had forgotten how good it is. I love my resistance bands so easy to pack but such a great workout.
Thanks for this Jessica.

Completed today's Summer Shape Up Challenge workout! Haven't done this one in a while, yet again! It still is quite tough! My shoulders were definitely having a hard time keeping up, but powered through. I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow! Sweat dripping now! And, yes, my band did shoot off my feet a couple times on those last moves! Luckily no one else was in the room, and it shot over my head! I need grippier shoes!

Hi all – I have been doing this workout for over 6 months and love it. I have added variations to increase the resistance, can anyone suggest a complimentary/shorter version to add to this workout – or, a next step workout, once you have really mastered this one? Thanks

Just finished this after not doing it for a long while. Wow! What a great workout. Finishing with those push ups was challenging for sure. If you've got a resistance band, give this one a try for sure.

Since I know I'll be doing a lot of walking today, I wanted to do something other than a walking workout, and this certainly filled the bill. I was sweating like a pig before it was over, and even had to drop down to a stretchier band. My triceps are really talking to me right now, and the language they're using isn't very polite :)! Thanks for a great workout, Jessica!
