Expecting? Join fitness instructor Jessica Smith and her sister Courtney for this gentle (but active) low impact cardio session that can be done at any point during pregnancy (with your doctor’s clearance first). Try it barefoot, or keep your shoes on if you prefer, and just go with the flow! Even if you aren’t expecting, it’s a feel good flowing cardio session that can be done easily in a small space at home without impact (making it great for anyone with downstairs neighbors).

Jessica, thank you so so much for this! I am so excited about this one!
I am 30 weeks pregnant and had a very bad round ligament issue pretty early on. I haven’t been able to exercise at all because everything I found put me in bed for days in excruciating pain. This workout made me sweat without hurting me anywhere I even opted for the amped up version of the moves. I did pause it twice to walk in place while drinking some water and had to adjust my stance a bit for some of the moves just till it wasn’t straining that round ligament but wow was this awesome. I will be doing this after some light yoga everyday for the rest of my pregnancy in preparation for labor. You guys are life savors, thank you!
I am 7 weeks pregnant. Can i do this workout?
Love, love, love. Just the type of workout I was looking for. My 4 year old even joined in and wants to do this with my everyday!
Lol I feel like peanut at the end of this video. Great video though perfect intensity for later trimester days.

Hi can u do a pregnancy barre abs workout with the modifications?
This workout is amazing. Am currently 37 weeks pregnant. I totally sweat and can feel the burn. Been trying to find a workout that is suitable for me. This is perfect!
Jessica so excited you have prenatal stuff. I love your exercises been following you and them for a couple years now. I hadn’t seen these yet and wasn’t looking but typed into YouTube while pregnant now and was thrilled to see you have videos for me!!! Thank you. Always love you and Peanut. (Also noticed this video is now almost six years old, so glad it’s here though!)
This was my exercise when I was pregnant. Your video helped me alot during labor. It gave me endurance and strength. Thank you Jessica! xoxo
The best prenatal workout I've tried!!
Thank you! 28 weeks here with gestational diabetes. Excellent pregnancy workout!
Is it safe for 4th week pregnancy as m overweight ?
Hi Jessica. This was really great, just the right intensity. Can you do another video like this one?
لا اله الاالله محمد رسول الله
Such a great workout!! I have used this workout with three of my pregnancies in the last five years and I continue to use it after I’m pregnant because I love it so much. She doesn’t take it easy on us pregnant ladies. And I love that you can make it more or less difficult by adding ankle weights to the routine.
Can I do this in my first trimester?
Loveee this! Thank you! 💖
This is really good!!! First tried this 2015 for my first born and really helped my stamina for labor. Now, on my second child it helped me lessen my swollen feet. Thank you!!
Thank you, I loved this.

I'm 35 + 4 and haven't kept up exercise during pregnancy in the way I did before. Came across this video and would recommend to everyone. It was blooming brilliant. I got my sweat on and heart rate up. Struggling with blood pressure hope to do this every day. Thank you 😊
This is a great video! And it's from 2014?!? Very nice!!!!!!!! And it's safe but yet challenging enough for pregnancy.Thank you.
Loved this and your other prenatal videos during my last 2 pregnancies. As I’m approaching 28 weeks with my 3rd, still love it!!! ❤️
