hey scott do u have anymore core workout videos? i dont seem to find anymore in ur play lists only this 1 & another question, For the core workouts, is it possible to exercise one side at a time. like target the left side then the right or do u have to work both of them out at the same time? my right side has more muscle, stronger and more defined then the left and its causing pain in the back left side near the rib cage lol..

@mkyb242 oh, ok.. thanks! lol.. umm, another question… for example, if scott is using a dumbbell with the #15 on both weight, does it mean it's equal to 30 pounds or is it really just 15?
@5619677 that would mean he's using a weight equal to 15, although it could be lbs or kg. Any other questions feel free to ask 🙂

I am a 51-year old, 95# overweight woman. I love your videos. I've only been doing them one week but I can already see improvement. I am still working on doing one set of 15 reps but I think I'll be able to move up to 2 sets of 12 by the end of the week. My core is getting stronger! Little steps. One question: when doing the hamstring stretch, how do you keep the ball from "walking" away during the reps? By the time I get to 10, it's definitely further away from me than when I started.

The funny thing is scott doesn't work out with the ball. He works out with free weights and uses heavy weight so i don't understand why he's showing us this kind of workout when he doesn't do them this way.
well, he is not doing this one for himself. He is showing these exercises for other people to know, how to exercise using stability ball and some dumbbells.

Great workouts! Please get a tripod though…too much movement leads to motion sickness for some making these videos tough to watch.
