I think many people are misunderstanding overtraining as killing your legs one day and next day go kill your legs again when they are still sore as fuck. Versus the correct way: kill your legs, rest day, kill your legs again even harder.

I've seen great results from overtraining one muscle group for 3 days straight and then resting it for 3 days after. Even if you are sore you work through it. Make no excuses!

There are only 2 types of ppl in this world. Those who FEAR and those who have FAITH. Those who quit, and those who never break. Those who talk about what you cant do. And those who prove what can be done. Those who believe in limits, and those who believe in the unlimited. Those who talk, and those who do. Those who say they know it all, and those who admit they will never know it all. —The problem with words is, Talk is worse than cheap it's free!!!

Dude I understand what you're saying about overtraining, etc… but the "controversy" is coming from 1 thing. The fact that you're using the word over training and giving your own definition to it. Over training means doing crazy stuff like training the same body part every day. If that's not what you mean, then don't use the word over training. We all know that in the industry that is a term with a negative connotation. I understand you guys are all trying to be badass and go against the current and all and that's great for you – but don't go saying that people who say overtraining is wrong are stupid. They are right. You are the one who has to either coin your own term or do something to differentiate what everyone else means when they say overtrain and what you mean. I know you say words can mean whatever you want them to mean and all that – but that's just BS. Words mean something. Especially when an industry has already come to a predetermined consensus on what a term means. You can't just go reinventing your own definition for things and expecting everyone else to immediately adjust to your understanding. Other than that, the truth is you're saying the same thing everyone else is saying and there is no controversy. You're just drumming up drama to get attention which I guess has worked, but you look like an idiot to people like me who very obviously see you trying to make up your own definition for things, and calling people who know it means what it has always meant stupid. Find another business model to attract attention. Preferably a more intelligent one.

It's nothing wrong with over training or working the same muscle group every day. You will see better results and keep that muscle tight. When u do rest the muscle recover. I'm doing 500 push-ups a day and squats every day for 6weeks.

Awesome video Mike . Keep up the great work. Very true, people who make excuses are scared to put in the effort to succeed in life. Whether it's in the gym or just progressing to have a better lifestyle, if you make excuses, you'll never achieve success . Thanks for the vid.
