Hi Adriene! Could you think about making a video on practicing yoga with an injury, with alternative positions for certain poses and/or ways to stretch (for example) a strained knee <– this is what I'm dealing with right now. It can be easy to get out of the yoga habit when you're deal with something like this. I strained my knee from heaving walking while traveling and my body wants yoga, but my knee hurts even more the following day. This sort of thing could probably be applied to arm, back, foot injuries, etc. and may be helpful to others! Just a suggestion and any help you, or any other yogi friends, could give me regarding my knee would be SO helpful. Thanks! xx I'm looking forward to the new videos coming.

Do you have like a timetable thingy so we can do different sorts of yoga everyday?
I would love a complete zen routine for when you're stressed and need to recenter, or your life becomes busy and you forget your focus. That would be extremely helpful as a junior in high school who participates in lots of theatre activities. 🙂

Actually looking forward to learning more about yogas history and all. There is a conception going around that in order yo be a true yogi you have to be vegan. I recently picked up the practice about 6 months ago and I love it. Is this true?

I've been trying to get fit for a few months now and couldn't find anything that fit me as a person, but I came across this channel and fell in LOVE! I thought I'd post it here, but it applies to all the videos I've watched! I've finally found something that is working (I've toned up a bit already and I've only been doing it a little while) and something that I get more than just exercise from. Thank you so much! 🙂 xx

Just found your channel – great stuff! Would love some full intermediate vinyasa flows (45 – 60 min). I'm also an actress, so it's fun to have someone as goofy as me doing the teaching! 😉
Hey! I'm starting figure skating again after a four year break and have been using yoga to gain my flexibility back for fancy spins and what not. Your channel has been super helpful in all sorts of aspects but was wondering if you could do a routine focused solely on developing flexibility. Thanks!

Hello Adriene! I am currently a sophomore in college and have been dealing with back problems for over five years now. I have been to a number of doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists. I have had x-rays, MRI's, and a bone scan among other things and still have no idea what the source of my chronic back pain is. After five years and thousands of dollars, I am really at a loss of what I could do. Therefore, I was just wondering if you could do a couple of videos to maybe help strengthen my abdominal muscles and lower back or anything really to help relax the pain in my back and shoulders. I am still fairly new to yoga, but started the practice to see if I could relieve any of my pain. Thank you so much for listening and thank you for all of your help with starting my own yoga practice!
You are so amazing. I absolutely love your videos. You are incredibly inspiring. Normally I'm not the biggest fan of yoga, I don't feel calm or soothed by instructors. However with you, your guiding voice and your wonderful personality shown in the videos, it really makes me enjoy doing yoga!!

Hi Adriene, thanks for all your awesome videos! I will be going to Europe in June, 2014, and am working on my core. I have 4 kids and just found out that I have diastasis rectus. Thank God I didn't do many ab workouts so I didn't force those muscles to go further apart, however, do you have some insights of some not so complicated yoga excercises? Some videos seem so complicated! Thanks again and keep up the awesome You and the good vibes… 🙂
