2 tissue 4 tissue 6 tissue and 8 tissue litteraly genetics you can not develop more than the amount of tissue you have you can train ur abs but u can never get more than you are born with deal with it i was born with 6 packs im gratefull for that if u were born with only 2 or 4 or maybe 8 be happy with it we all different in our own ways.

You should publish a Monday through Friday workout routine that is about 20 minutes long each day. 20 minutes total. Hitting every muscle in a 5 day span. This would be very beneficial for me and I’m sure many others as well
