Stephanie, your taste in Hong Kong like bakery and fruits is very carbohydrates..This gives a clue that if you are normally also eating the same and frequently then, you must exercise a lot to keep slim.. You are biased towards sugar.. Every time the camera focuses on what you are eating, it is also very “sugar” or carbohydrates based..In a 24hrs day you eat too much carbohydrates in my opinion.. You know what is diabetes, right? Too much fluctuations of sugars in our blood makes us more hungry…The American diet is a result of too much sugars, avoid fat.. The number of diabetics in the US will increase…
