For this challenge there are 7 different exercises with a set number of reps for each one. Then we repeat the circuit 2 more times.
We start each exercise on the minute and however long it takes you to do those reps, you rest until the minute is over. So if it takes you 30 seconds you get 30 seconds rest, but if it takes you 50 seconds you only get 10 seconds rest! So the harder you work, the more rest you get. I’ve written the workout below and let me know how you get on.
Exercises & Reps:
25 x Tuck Jumps
30 x Lunge Jumps
30 x Press Ups
20 x Lunge Power Knee (Right leg)
20 x Lunge Power Knee (Left leg)
80 x Mountain Climbers
10 x Burpees (Chest to ground)

Hardest one I've done in ages! Power knee lunges hurt my knee and burpees always write me off!
That is really tough, collapsed in a heap at the end. It is actually well thought out, the onus is on you to do the reps in the shortest time therefore forcing you to keep the intensity high! More of these!!
I saw this a year ago and ran away scared. Since then I have been exercising to your Ab Cardio vid in Sardinia which killed me first but then i found i could do it. I've now come back to this having felt like I've reached a plateau with some of the other workouts and I've got to tell you – these every minute on the minute sets are the ultimate killer. So pleased to have found a real proper challenge now! Thank you!

Breathing furiously.. i have reached my level.. had to stop and breathe otherwise my body and mind would have collapsed. And definitely do all the reps. Workin up to that mammoth of a task. Woopity woopa

I swapped out the tuck jumps for sit ups as the hard fooring is not good for the knees, and had to pause for a few minutes in between, because this was insanity trying to catch my breath but completed all 3 rounds 🙂

Had to modify it a little for me, with a few less reps and did the power legs 10 on each leg. Still did them twice. Saved this to do again and work to do it with more reps.

Boring.. too advance for beginners (easy to get injured) and too repetitive for professionals (or even moderate activators). Don't recommend from PT perspective!

Quick advice to all people like me with a weak heart. Just don't do it. After 13 minutes, I had to lie down for about five minutes, just in order to get some breath. The last seven minutes, I made half of the reps, but still can't breath, chest hurts inside. All the strong people in the comments shouldn't lure you into thinking you could do it.
So tough, cheated a lot but glad I made it to the end.
