So I’ve been out the gym for a while and have fallen of the trail, went from working out everyday to not at all due to corona. My question is since I’m getting back into it is ok to do 100 push-up a day not in sitting one but in reps in a day on chest day or more specific bench press

Don’t have the range of motion anymore to touch my chest. I’m stretching 2-3 times a day but my shoulder and range is not there.. a least not yet or like it use to be. With that being said I’m still banging chest 💪🏽🦍
