Hi, have you heard about "MuscLeader" (look on Google)? On their website you will find a great free video demonstrating how to pack on noteworthy lean muscle easily whilst eliminating body fat as well. Fabian and hundreds of guys with the same goal experienced great success making use of this technique. It may help you out also.

I can eat and I love it! So fortunate that I've never been fat. People always watch me power down tons of food in a blink of an eye and ask for seconds. They ask…where does it all go? Having a goal and training my body has helped equal it all out. I decided to go on my first cut to get really lean…I'm realizing how much it sucks to watch every little grain and make decisions on what I eat.

I'm clearly endomorph, a whole life doing martial arts without getting rid of the fat. Do ymou recommend me to do HIIT Twice at day? Or Do I have to just be ok with 1 time at the day, 3 days of HIIT 3 Days of weights and 1 rest day?

I have never been able to personally relate to a video more than this one. I've struggled a lot with fat loss, it is a marathon filled with obsession and constant stress with little to no end in sight. As someone who has been fat almost my whole life up until recently, I will never be able to understand what it is like to struggle to gain weight. Id love to see more videos about the psychological or mental aspect of fat loss. The mental battle for me has been the toughest part of my journey.
Elliott and Omar are the best combo in the fitness world. Period!

I'm really lean naturally I have an 8 pack after 2 months of doing regular exercise but I can't gain weight even at >3000c a day at <150lb 10%-12% bf… at least I can't gain fat >:D I can eat whatever the hell I want and the 8pack stays and I can get jacked 😉 if I cut down to 7% I could probably have a 10 pack ahaha
