Good thing I sat through the entire video. I almost made an impulsive action. Was about to blast this page and unsubscribe. Lastly for my research, Ronald McDonald Trump has endorsed racist to be more vocal and active. Yeah I like my racism upfront but he breeding new racist. Lastly, explain to me what Trump did for the black community in the past 4 years? You dont believe Chump is associated with the Good ole Boys (kkk)? The 1994 "War on Drugs" law passed because crack usage was at an all time high in the country and many people were dying in our streets as a result. Once they implemented three strikes law it decreased the crime rate substantially. Evidently he didn't do all of his research because he would know that HBCU's voted for the bill to be passed as well as Maxine Waters and even the Congressional Black Caucus and others just to name a few. They saw repeated offenders getting an early kick back out of prison this included drug dealers, gang members, etc crime rates were at an all time high more especially on the west coast. Criminals were getting out of jail doing the same thing with no long term penalty. The bill was called "War on Drugs" so what does that tell you? They weren't just locking black people up, we do it to ourselves. It's funny to me how easily someone can influence people when they sound like they know something. Tell the whole truth if you are going to give your opinion.Try again Mike, as black people we have to take accountability.

The electoral college is pretty genius IMO.
The USA had to decide between 2 systems.
Either go by direct democracy, where only the majority of votes decide the outcome, or have it by representation where the states decide, each with one vote.
And here you see the problems of both systems.
Direct democracy, or the popular vote, would give the urban centers the political majority, always. So you would never have a changing political direction. (So only democrats) (1)
Only by states votes, with each state having one vote, would result in only the rural areas always having their candidate win, so it's the same problem just in a different way and the will of the people would become negligent. (2)
You could also say (1) is a concentration of power geographically and (2) is a concentration of power minority wise (given that rural people, regardless of race, are the minority group).
So the founding fathers came up with a compromise.
Have democratic elections states wise, but federally you have the electoral college which is a representation of all states but at the same time also based on population per state.
Its a good compromise IMO.
Progressives always want to change that system to make it more into a direct democracy, i.e. like Germany.
However, there are very distinct differences that make the German system work, but wouldn't work in the USA.
Hitler rose to power because of direct democracy.
So now we have certain mechanisms which would prevent that.
One of the is the 5% hurdle.
The other is that we have many parties.
Another is that (at least to my knowledge) the Germany government isn't filled with so many corrupt politicians. They are incompetent, but corrupt, I'm not so sure.
Another mechanism is the media. Our media is much more neutral than in the USA.
And then there are some laws and such.
I agree, USA needs more or new parties.
And maybe this will happen.
Maybe the socialists and green party will split from the democrats.
And the MAGA and libertarians will also split from the Republicans.
Then finally all those neo-cons and neo-libs can form their own party.
And then you have:
The Socialists – Green Party – Establishment – Libertarian – Maga – Conservatives.
After that has happened, maybe then the USA can think about changing the way they want to elect their president.

Smart man I didn't vote for either one either and I did vote for Obama twice and like you said he didn't do shyt for African's of the Diaspora period. And Obama broke my heart because I voted for him twice but that's my fault because I was voting off of emotion and I shouldn't have voted like that. I voted for Jade Simmons she was a third party an Independent and I voted for her so I could vote locally and without voting for Trump or Biden.
I voted to preserve the constitution. Only one cadidate was campaigning on that. Trump! No one knows what Biden was campaigning for other than to continue identity politics and allowing Illegals to flood our country in a path to citizenship.
