You can only be the best in your generation. I much prefer the bodybuilder physiques of the 1960 and 70s in comparison to the 90s or present day. Also, today's shows are too long and there is not enough interaction between the competitors and fans. For example, when I was in High School I went to the 1977 Mr. Olympia. I stayed at the same hotel with most of the competitors. Frank Zane let me hold his Mr. Olympia trophy. I was able to socialize with Bill Grant, Boyer Coe, and a host of others. I shook hands with Arnold and Franco after sneaking backstage. It was a different time. To me, that was bodybuilding. Brandon won in 2019 and in my opinion deserved to win. He was the best bodybuilder that day. What else is there to say.
