Omar you should go over the idea of two-a-day lifting with more depth. Some people in the comments have the false idea that natty lifters would not benefit from two-a-days. I may be also concerned that a few people might try two-a-days incorrectly without sufficient guidelines.

I've been training twice a day. At first I thought it was going to be rough. But 45mins to an hour in the morning and then another hour after work. It works out great. I get to practice my swimming and do weights later on in the day without feeling taxed.

I just want to be.able.to.pack in 30 or so lbs of gear miles into the northwoods, kill an elk with my bow. take 100 lb of meat and a big ass set of antlers back to camp. what would you recomend.

Something like this is also used by bodybuilders.
Bumping up workouts and cardio allows you to eat more and 'grow' into your show.

Sounds like too much work, bro. Why not immerse yourself in the O lifting for a while and let your body and mind fully adapt to it? You can always add a little bodybuilding back in later.

i weight 120 lbs, ive been on intermittent fasting and keto diet for 5 weeks now. im eating 1200 calories + about 800 grams of veggies per day. i workout 4-5 days a week but im only losing 1 pounds per week. am i eating too little?
