Omar you should go over the idea of two-a-day lifting with more depth. Some people in the comments have the false idea that natty lifters would not benefit from two-a-days. I may be also concerned that a few people might try two-a-days incorrectly without sufficient guidelines.

I've been training twice a day. At first I thought it was going to be rough. But 45mins to an hour in the morning and then another hour after work. It works out great. I get to practice my swimming and do weights later on in the day without feeling taxed.

Sounds like too much work, bro. Why not immerse yourself in the O lifting for a while and let your body and mind fully adapt to it? You can always add a little bodybuilding back in later.

i weight 120 lbs, ive been on intermittent fasting and keto diet for 5 weeks now. im eating 1200 calories + about 800 grams of veggies per day. i workout 4-5 days a week but im only losing 1 pounds per week. am i eating too little?
We did this in football not enough people had time to recover and 2 people had rotator cuff tears
