My problem is: the feeling of being hungry makes me feel like it’s “working”. Logically i know it does the complete opposite. So when I eat more throughout the day but healthily & fulfilling me (without over eating) I freak out and feel like I’m gaining. 🥴🥴🥴

I have always been skinny 110 lbs was great for my height. I moved countries, married somone Im not compatible with, was stressed so much because of all these factors. My career did not come out as much I put into it. I gotbdepressed anxious stressed couldn't sleep for months. I gained 70lbs in a year. Get this I was chronically undereating. Intermittent fasting eating undee 800 calories most days some days even 500.. I developed eating disorders where I would get anxious if anyone offered me anything to eat outside my eating window I would start losing it. Not losing weight eating 600 calories a day I decided wasn't enough so I added keto. Keto helped me lose water weight but not a lot else. I have been exercising all through out some days one hour a day and some days 2 hours.. I am at 180 now lose 5lbs and gain it back. Feel miserable, ugly, depressed and out of control about my weight. Doctors can't figure out whats wrong – adrenals, thyroid, female hormones all are out of whack and have been referred to an endocrinologist. Will wait to see what he says once I get an appt.

Okay so you called out in the first 20 seconds in the video. I had been doing everything right and working out but at times I would eat a snickers or a few cookies. I gained weight! I started being more disciplined with food, didn't cheat and actually lost 3 pounds last week!😂

So I actually lost a lot of weight during a time I was very stressed. I was working out and eating right. I’m still working out and eating right but now my stress has gone down. I seem to no longer be losing weight now that my stress is down. Perhaps I should get a massage as that would most definitely stress me out. I appreciate the video unfortunately it was very unhelpful. Any thoughts as to why I could not be losing weight now that my stress has gone down?

The stress part is very very true I was doing your abs exercises advanced ones clearly seeing results and then boom my depression kicked in I was really bloated for 4 days and tell you what up to now I don't even eat much only one time a day as I was but my belly is just getting bigger and that makes me more depressed so I'm here crying every day I still find some time to work out but breaks down after I have always been able to get through my depression but now now I really don't know I'm a total stranger to myself I feel really angry coz I've been working out for 7 months straight every single day and now as I was thinking I'm in the final stage of loosing all belly fat I see no progress at all to be honest it's even my first time regretting starting this weight loss journey

I have insomnia
I have anxiety , depression , ptsd , medical student syndrome , overthinking
I suffer from pcos
I have hypothyroidism
I am estrogen dominated
