Eat Soup and Stay Slim this season. Here are 3 of my favourite Healthy Soup Recipes to keep you warm and satisfied over the winter period.
All these recipes are packed full of ingredients which are good for your body. Soups can be low in calories, yet they keep you full for a long time.
Try them as your main meal, snack or even as a starter. Having soup prior to a meal has been proven to prevent you from overeating later on.
Tips:
– Buy Goji Berries from Oriental supermarkets instead of ‘health stores’. They will cost a lot less!
– If you are a vegetarian or vegan, you can change the chicken stocks to vegetable stocks and omit any meat in the recipe.
– Zucchini is also known as Courgette or Japanese Cucumber in Asia.
– You can choose to make your own chicken stock or buy chicken stock cube that does not contain MSG or high sodium level (check the food label)!
So be wise and make the right choices for your body and your healthy this season. Choose to indulge in Soups! =D

Joannah I made your zucchini and spinach soup and I came out super creamy and fluffy and light and yum it is jus awesome and I added green chilli to make it spicy and added ACV on top thanks so much
I cook my soup in pressure cooker and I use hand blender I want to ask you which of these. Vegetables made the soup creamy was it the zucchini or the spinach bcoz I want to use these veggies to make my soups creamy instead of cauliflower or the potatoes
My husband never ate soup until I started making soups using your recipe now he particularly asks me to make a soup thanks so much

The only product that worked for my wife on top of exercising three times per week (treadmill, elliptical, stairs) were these soup recipes. Sounds weird but she dropped 50 pounds in 3 months. I just tried the zucchini soup 🍲 recipe. I used carrots and beef broth with the zucchini instead of the leeks. It came out great.

I have to say, I made the chunky veggie barley soup and it was absolutely delicious! I don't know what happened but I somehow needed to add way more water than the recipe which resulted in a ton of soup! But thankfully, it was delicious so I didn't even mind drinking it for so many days. I also added more of the smoked paprika, other spices and also more veggies like leek. I will definitely be making this soup again. It is low calorie, super filling and delicious. Thanks Joanna!

Can these soups be frozen?
Japanese noodle is a way to go for a soup! I'm Thai and in Thailand, our noodle is always full of rich flavor and msg. It tastes good but it never plays well with my stomach. However, Japanese noodles and miso soup are very soothing for my belly. The noodle itself is also easier to digest.
