Hey Scott, i need some advice… I'm a senior in high school and I was just given the ok to start working out after 3 1/2 months of no physical activity because I completely tore three ligaments in my ankle (they have reconnected). So I've literally just gotten back into working out (like 3 days ago) and I've lost a lot of my progress that I made prior to my injury. Yesterday I worked my chest and put up 60 lb dumbbells for the dumbbell chest press. I had seen growth before my injury, but my question is that should I continue to workout and keep increasing the weight (with low rep range) and my stregnth or should I lower the weight and do more reps and sets? Which would I see more growth with? Thanks!!!

Awesome video Scott, but what about the BEST part of Thanksgiving? THE STUFFING!!!!! It's the only time of year I get to have stuffing aside from Christmas, so i tend to over indulge on it. Any tips on fitting stuffing onto my plate and not exploding?

Skip the diet soda and go for club soda or an all natural "stevia" soda. Diet soda has aspartame and we should all know how horrible that is for us.

Good tips…. But my suggestion is also …why go back for seconds …. Will be using the protein and lots of vegs no carbs or alcohol… Saving that for boxing day sea swim and 3 legged pub crawl ….. Best wishes from the UK all!

What if i do carb cycling when the holidays hit, like i will pig out when it's a big eating day or if my family decides to eat at a restaurant, friends inviting for a meal/ drink etc. but during the days when i'm not being invited to it or there's no cheats foods etc. i just do low carb diet and become more active like aside form hitting the gym i could walk/jog in the morning w/ empty stomach, do sprints, swim or just practice calisthenics at home. What do you think?
