thank youforthis information. I'm confused a little about carbohydrates. I heard that sometimes the sugar content may be low but the carbohydrates are high, and that carbohydrates are the same thing as sugar just in a different category. Will you help me understand this better? Thank you in advance.

Thanks lucy! You didn't leave the Pinterest link and I can't screenshot a vid. Just a couple of questions, is fruit juice that's NOT from concentrate ok? I know it's high in sugar but it's just fruit. Also is sugar in fruit ok? I eat a few pieces of fruit a day and I put Apple juice in my green smoothies. Xx

Great video, Lucy. 🙂 Can you please do a video on E numbers in food, the actual chemical they put in the food to preserve or colour the food. I am avoiding anything to buy with E numbers but sometimes it's impossible, even in whole wheat healthy tortillas they have these 🙁

My husband bought table salt and it contains sugar!!! Why do we need sugar in salt?????? And look at the ingredients in Special K girls – it contains SUGAR.

I'm a bit confused? I grabbed the thing I was eating (Sandwich) and read the bread nutritional information and it's all way below the best?? I'm confused bc it's white bread and 100 grs would be 5 slices which is kinda a lot??
