On your ohp day a few videos back whats the reason behind when your 5 x 5 you ramp up to 165 on your 3rd set then go back down to 160 on your 5th? Do you use the rpe scale?

1.) Rubbing/massaging the salt and seasonings on the meat makes for an even more flavorful and tender roast.
2.) I also like to add a can of cannelini bean puree to my mac and cheese they have a subtle bean taste and creamy texture. Â
3.) and Using a high protein pasta like Barilla PLus noodles made with egg white and lentil protein makes me enjoy my mac more guilt free
4:12 300g of protein in one serving let me have some of that!
Aw yea 2 of my favorite fitness youtubers. Hey michael i make this almost every month and ill give you a tip to make it taste better. Add some red wine to the pot roast before cooking it. The carrots and the veggies will absorb the wine and give it a lot more flavor.

Serious cooking question: I've read on several websites that cooking meat in a slow cooker over multiple hours destroys most of the nutrients, including protein. In that light, no way the meal would have had 50 grams protein. Has anybody personally dealt or researched this issue?Â
