These healthy, easy to make, Frozen Yogurt Parfait Cups are a must try! #shorts #frozenyogurt #healthysnacks #recipe
(Makes 12 cups)
1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1-2 cups Yogurt of choice
Fresh fruit or topping of choice
1. Combine nut butter, oats and maple syrup and mix well.
2. Add oat mixture to baking cups and spread out evenly.
3. Top with 1-2Tbsp yogurt/cup
4. Add fresh fruit, nuts, dark chocolate, coconut flakes – or whatever your little hear desires!
5. Place in freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.
6. Remove and serve frozen. Leftovers can be stored in the freezer up to 7 days

Looks yummy and easy. Heather, recipe mentions baking cups, but it doesn't appear you used them; rather put them directly in the pan. Suggestions?
Also, I'm a frozen fruit lover, so will likely use that instead of "fresh fruit," unless there is some reason not to.

Me and my kids just tried these and they are delicious!!! I halved the recipe and it made 9 individual cups. I have a silicon cupcake tray so the cups might be smaller.
