Oly Lifts still been the Best method to increase VJ and I tried both (plyos and Oly lifts) and the Power from Oly lifts is way higher than plyos.

These great workouts to increase your vert no doubt but make you progressively incorporate these workouts into your routine. Don’t make the mistake I made & end up getting Achilles tendinitis
