This is your dumbbell superset burn workout and day three of your october athlete challenge! Get excited because we’re gonna get it done in just 20 minutes. We’ll be working in supersets – a lower body followed by an upper body followed by a core superset. We’ll add a little extra burn and of course we’ll work in some cardio and mobility. Let’s do it!

This one was perfect for today! I was really tired this morning and overslept 20 minutes. Thanks to the shorter (but still incredibly effective!!) workout I can still get my shower in before my teens takeover the bathroom! lol

Are used to only do 45 minute to an hour exercise programs, unless I was combining them. But these days I have a lot less time. I’ve been riding my bike more, and loving the shorter exercise programs! Thank you so much

I'm sure some hear 20 min workout and think meh but sometimes when you are go go go and doing those 30,45 min workout 20 min is great AND man did it work EVERYTHING awesome

Can I say I adore these 20 minute workout. I keep coming back to these. If possible can we have more of these 20 minutes excersize with the option to go heavey. I find they are the perfect about of time and challenge to fit into my week. I like to use my 15 lbs dumbells to make it that challenge for me. Love growing my strength to power through my day!
