Todays glute/leg day for me; hip thrusts, kas pumps, reverse lunges, RDLs, Bulgarian split squats, calf raises (my new faves b/c of u)
I’m not approved to do these workouts 😢but you better believe as soon as I’m healed enough from my c section, I’m using these to get back into shape!❤
