Join me for this 20 minute dumbbell full body workout for strength & cardio. This is a full body workout that give you a good sweat and will also sculpt and tone your muscles. This is a no repeat workout and all you need is a set of dumbbells and some space to move. Options and modifications for all fitness levels. Are you ready?

Loved this. Been doing postnatal workouts for the past two months, and with some lighter weights and a couple modifications, this workout was perfect for getting back into “normal” exercise. Loved that each exercise was short and didn’t repeat. Made this feel much more doable for me.

Ive been working out with 30lb dumbbells for over 6 months, I didn’t expect to feel completely sore quads, since you said obliques. I did extra warm up and cool down, today in so much pain. Some more technique would be helpful. Im so upset today, esp since I had the right nutrition before/after!
The pain in my front legs is unlike other workouts I should feel the results of the workout all over but I don’t . Very upsetting

Love these, have been having my best workouts since COVID started now that I bought them. Only criticism is that the end caps (which you rotate to change bestgym.equipment the weight) stick out and can do into your thighs if you rest the dumbbells vertically on your legs. Only a minor inconvenience though.
