I love how Adriene included a practice that barely needs any space. I haven’t lived in a dorm in 25 years, but my room in Tokyo probably has even less space than the places I lived in back in university. Thank you Adriene, you really do think of everything!

Body scan before we go into mind / body spaces! lovely reminders – thank you! Embrace distractions within / out – beautiful! Appreciate the 30 mins flow which gently bring me back to self / intention / feeling better 🙂 Namaste to all practising 🙂
PS to all remembering 9/11 – May you have peace, strength, remembrance and ease of being

Love love love. I thought my day had peaked when I woke up at 6am to drive to the coast for the thrill of a dip in the cold sea but then after doing this practise and seeing Adriene in her arm/blanky well what can I say? Laughing to myself and smiling. My day can not get any better. Much love xxx

This session also applies to anyone who lives in an RV. I spent three weeks in an RV and its pretty tough to do a yoga session where space is limited. My core is feeling nice and tight and the lower back is behaving today. Thank You!

This was perfect for when I’m out at my camper and it’s raining so I can’t do my practice outside! I have limited space for lying down inside on the floor! And I love the Snuggy!!

Reset Day 11
I was sooooo EXTREMELY sleepy while doing this practice so much so that i don’t remember anything from the time we went into Shavasana! All I remember is getting up, folding my yoga mat in half, hopping in my bed and knocking out immediately!😂 My intention was “I have energy/I am energized” to finish my to do’s for the night but I clearly fell short in that and I blame this practice for zenning me out so much🥰🙏❤️

my intention for this practice was to be present and enjoy the moment. halfway through however, people kept barging into my room and being loud. i got upset and frustrated and ended up carrying those negative emotions with me throughout the practice. at the end when adriene tells us to “embrace the distractions” i felt almost ashamed, for lack of a better word, that i had taken such small things to heart and let myself be caught up in those feelings. i then felt even more frustrated that i “wasted” my time and my practice because i was too busy focusing on the negative. i know this mindset isn’t a good one and i shouldn’t be like this but whenever my practice gets interrupted i always feel like this anyway…

I loved this practice so much. I remember the very first yoga experience I had over 20 years ago was, in fact, chair yoga…! And I remember how much it helped me and how I fell in love with yoga that very day. Thanks for the beautiful memory of the beginning of my yoga journey. ♥️♥️♥️🙏🏼

This is so good for me cause I currently living in a small room and the space is only enough for my yoga mat without extension area, but hey I don't have an excuse now!

“It’s not homework, it’s Savasana!” I lost it..😂 especially because sometimes Savasana can feel like homework 🙏🏼

Loved this practice today. We've moved into a small 'retirement' appartment and have very little space. This was perfect for waking up my 70+ year-old body! More, please, Adrienne for small spaces and elderlies!
