In this series I take you through a day of my IIFYM style of eating. Although I don’t count my macros specifically, I estimate my calorie consumption each day and eat whatever I want as long as it fits my dietary requirements. I am currently bulking and so this largely consists of eating as much food as possible! If you like food porn, you’ve come to the right place.
Test week is over! The results are in and today I reveal all. What did I lift? How many donuts did I eat? Why are my tan lines so bad?

It was a pretty impressive shimmy from under that weight (squats)….. bench, amazing. Deadlifts, you're an animal!! Donuts …. they cure adductor injuries ….. I recommend another dose to help your adductor and to please the food perverts 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 ….. great work 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Very impressive Matt. Don't beat yourself up brother about the squat your health is more important so you did good in not trying again, maybe something worse could of happened then you wouldn't be able to squat anymore but DAMN IT! great job keep up the good work brother 👍👍👍.

Matt, do an eating challenge at the end of the season where you eat a donut for every league goal Lacazette scores. 30 donuts, no biggie for a man of your donut eating prowess, right?
