Its true. Lifting is the easy part.
I dread all day long for that time to start lifting again. BECAUSE LIFTING IS THE EASY PART! All those rest days are just agonizing pain in the membrane.

I don't know if you read these comments but I just wanted to say thank you. I've lost 40kg and I love your channel. You are very motivational. I am currently studying Fitness at TAFE to become a personal trainer so I can help people lose weight like I have. We are allowed to show a clip to the class to show what we use for motivation. I love how when someone sees another getting bigger by the week, they claim gear, or some special secret. when really it's just pushing the limits every session. going right before failure. and giving up when ur STRONG, and pumped. eating. sleep. haha good shit Omar! get it!
