I've really been focusing on my high bar form (See the slightly improved form at 2:55). One muscle that doesn't get talked about enough is your adductor magnus which assists in hip extension. If it is tight and/or weak, you're probably leave pounds off of your squat.
should one do this stretching before or after squating?

If it's tight… why are you strengthening it? Would that technically make it tighter?

High Omar, so I have this hamstring tightness that stretches to my calves, and when I try to do stretching excersizes, eventho I keep my back neutral through all the excersize, I feel the stretch in my hamstrings but after the stretches I will feel the pain in my lower back.. and it seems that the tightness just gets worse and don't understand what's going on.. please help

Great video as always Im-All-Ass-Off 😂😂 on a more serious note though, im 5ft6 and have relatively short femurs, and i also have the same problem of having my knees caving at heavier intensities (say 87.5% above). I feel like the other main contributer to this is having my outer quads being tight plus the adductors. Correct me if im wrong in this one, and some tips would be appreciated 😊😊

Monday: benchpress, cable flies, chest machine, bicep curls , tricep extensions
tuesday: benchpress, pressups, hammer curls, dips
wednesday: pullups, barbell curls
thursday: situps, crunches, stomach machine, bicep curls
friday: benchpress, bicep curls, dips, pullups, crunches, calf raises
saturday: bicep curls
sunday: bicep curls/off

Q&A question:
How does a daily caffeine intake (for example morning coffee) affect your long term performance as a powerlifter and/or bodybuilder?
Is it a big plus, big minus or doesn't it affect you at all. I'm thinking about direct metabolic effects of the caffeine, affect on sleeping patterns and maybe getting more immune to the effects over a longer period of time.

How would I know if my knee caving is happening from weak/tight adductors and not weak my abductors? Or does havi g weak abductors not have anything to do with it?
