As a student studying nutrition this is what I try to tell people all the time, too many fad diets which "magically" make you lose weight, when in reality it's as simple as calories in vs calories out. Great video Matt!

I think this is a good message, people in the comments talk about healthy food, which puts an idea in our mind that u healthy food is bad, that we shouldn't eat it, Promotes eating disorders, and binge eating is all i can say. Been on a restrictive diet, been there.

Calories from sweet patatoe .arnt the same as calories from chips ….there full of salt preservatives all sorts of crap ….its like chocolate eg…200 calories from the chocolate. this man matt right here has made me realize allot about my diet i was very strict on myself half a chicken breast and a bag of broccoli was all i would eat each day every week, i was very strict but then i watched his videos and still trained hard each day still did my fast and i have lost more weight than i have not eating those foods all in moderation is one of the things he has taught me i can still enjoy good foods but know i have to train. thankyou matt youre a legend and one of my true inspirations hopefully i can continue to learn from you here and there. youre a legend man
