I'd space them out, but between deadlifting THEN squatting the next day or the reverse…I would definitely squat the day before deadlifting.

The metric system is used mostly in mathematics and distances. For mass and height we generally use pounds.

We use both stupidly, we use Km/h but we also measure in lbs, and our height in feet and inches. Kind of like a love child between England and murica

Omar, do you recommend a routine that involves nervous system training and muscle building????

Reply
OmarIsuf November 2, 2012 - 11:02 pm

I involve doing gyms and activating your nerves, this would be part of a holistic program

The short answer yes mass makes strength is true butt you can gain incredible strength wile gaining almost no weight by using low reps high weight. And gain mass way faster than strength by using moderate weight reps between 8 and 12 like a bodybuider does. I think power is preferable 🙂

I used to love lifting but past 5 years I've gotten tennis elbow in both elbows and wrists from doing construction. I can't even do a pushup because the pain in my wrists is so bad.
