The only way to see an effective way to see your abs is to lose fat.
I have a 6 pack, not going to lie. My chest is big, not going to lie.
But, it's covered over fat. So I'm just big, not ripped. I'm 5ft11 210 I believe, with 7% body fat I'd be 180 lbs. So yeah, I have 30 lbs on me in my butt, legs, and upper body. Otherwise I'm a monster. Losing fat = Showing Off Them Sexy MUSCLES.

@gekisen01 Not if your are burning or using the calories (energy) before your body gets the chance to store it. The more muscle mass you have, the more calories you are naturally burning. It's a very complex subject but to lose weight, you need to be burning more calories then you are taking in. For muscle growth you have to make sure you are eating enough of the right foods (whole meal gains, and other non-processed foods) for your body to be able to use it to grow.

who cares if he owns a shirt he's HOT and you've been VERY helpful with your videos and has helped me to learn a lot of the machines before heading into the gym. Now i know what i'm doing, the process and i don't look like a "newbie" // dork. lol thanks!!!

some people (me included) are genetically born with the ability to have more sets or "packs" of abs, it doesn't matter if you have 4, 6 or 8 if you work them as others like Scott does then you will have great looking abs regardless of how many you have, just train them well, if you look closely at Scott's abs, there are only 2 sets that are prominent (showing), as i said it is all about genetics, don't be fussed about others having 6 pack abs, train what you have and you will be just as happy 🙂

Simple answer: the core helps with cardio, exercising the core prior to cardio will hinder in my opinion. DO we train triceps or biceps before back/chest day? NO. In my opinion the same theory should apply
