Do you think you could give tips for pescotarians and or vegetarians?
The only meat that I eat is fish, and I am trying to figure out what to eat on the side for the protein i may need.
Also, I sprained my ankle last week and it has yet to heal because I haven't been able to completely stay off of it. What are some good exercises for people who have injuries as such?

Oh hai! Have you considered – fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got hot 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

Wonderful video, btw i've been practicing to cook from this amazing recipe book known as: Chef 790 Secrets and as a result honestly I actually have lost excess weight also, the meals are actually awesome! you guys should really check it out, just google the book name Chef 790 Secrets.

Its still surprise me, how many people have no idea about Proladox Diet Plan (do a google search), even though many people get great result with it. Thanks to my mate who told me about Proladox Diet Plan, I've lost a lot of weight with it without starving myself.

Guys, burn fat does not have to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan known as Proladox Diet Plan (do a search on google). Seriously, that program has changed my entire life. I probably shouldn't even be talking about it cause I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

It would be a shame for you not to build muscle when these people are able to lose fat easily with Supreme Fat loss (check it out on Google).
