PSA: Protein doesn’t make you bulky. Weights don’t make you bulky. They literally do the exact opposite! Living proof girlfriend. I used to think the same thing, but now I eat about 100g of protein every day, add weights and resistance to my LSF the App workouts, and am in the best shape of my life.
