Yeah food diaries totally work! It helps you pay attention to what you're eating and since you dont want to write down that you ate 7 cookes, you dont eat them!
Been drinking 2 liters of water a day at work and taking lots of omega-3 fish oil. Talk about good skin!
Plus shedding the pounds by doubling up my cardio at the gym & swiming on the weekends. Had a great January!

Oh my! New Years was almost three months ago and I still haven't done a resolution. Hmm… perhaps the 4th. of July will work. In desperate need of motivation as this year is almost a quarter over.

do you guys ever fear the keeping a food journal can lead to anorexia? Many of my friends suffered from eating disorders and a lot of them would count calories. I used to do it too but I stopped because I found myself overly obsessing about what I ate every day. How can this be avoided?
