This is a challenge you will NOT feel excited about starting… but by your 4th or 5th day… you WILL be excited to finish it.
PUSH YOUR LIMITS!
Here is how I am completing the challenge.
5 SETS:
– 20 Push-Ups
– 10 Pull-Ups
– 20 Sit-Ups
Rest for 30 to 60 seconds and repeat for 4 more sets.
Once all sets are complete, I hit the treadmill for 20minutes and I am done. Overall should take around 35 – 40 minutes to complete.
REMEMBER, this isn't about KILLING yourself… It's about getting the extra volume in, but not making it too easy either!

There no way I can do 100 push ups in 20 minutes and that’s not counting the other exercises. But I will begin this right now. I have to find where to do the pull up’s though.
