Great development and sculpting but there's some bloat showin'. Also, it may be the lighting, maybe he's tired, maybe he's sick, but dammit Dexter is lookin' old.

He looked flawless, except for the gut, he looked like he couldn't hold it in, you can have a gut, just keep it tight during the 90 second routine, if you can't manage that, it will cost you the victory, and it did
The protruding lower abs. That is caused by weakened tranverse abdominal muscles, they lay deep under the rectus abdominals and act as a support girdle for the internal organs as well. Doing crunches and leg lifts does not stimulate these deep muscles. He was spot on condition wise though. Fucking peeled out of his mind.

The video quality of the show is amazing.
The gut becomes double when he turns back. And he can't control it that's what made him lose. However, best conditioning was his.
His midsection would be the best around if he fixed the gut. I love how his abs look

I was hoping he was going to win the show. I personally think the distended belly is what stopped him. Otherwise he looked crisper but not rounder than Bonac.
