phew! what a great round of HIIT exercises! definitely got me a good sweat going!! the descending ladders sure make them intense & effective. my only downside is that the warm-ups are a bit long and not necessary to have two rounds. plus those plank lateral hops are not my favourite! but nevertheless thank you Tasha and will certainly come back for more! #homeworkout
I loved this workout! I'm always hesitant to change but I'm really glad I gave Tasha a try! She's so calm and she made me laugh a few times! I'm literally dripping sweat after the workout as I type this! Great addition to the Fitness Blender team! Love you guys! And I can't wait to do another one of Tasha's workouts tomorrow.
