Lol if you guys think he's on steroids then you'd be saying the same thing about me. I went from 157 to 212 in a little over a year, and that's all just a strict diet and some serious dedication in the gym. BUT WHAT THE FUCK DO I KNOW?!

Hey Omar— My rear delta are very developed- it's my front delts that are almost flat, and I'm not exactly sure why. After watching this theres' one thing I'm sensing may be the problem. I do benches monday, squats wednesday and militaries friday. I do this to separate benches and militaries. When I go to do squats wednesday I gotta get under the bar and stretch my shoulders for ten minutes because they're so tight from benching monday. When I go to military press friday my shoulders are so sore still- and my militaries just aren;t improving- but to tell you the truth neither are my benches. I'm thinking I'm overtraining my shoulders from benches (also close grip benches) and shoulders the same week. Maybe I should do benches and shoulders the same day? And then substitute something new like dead lifts friday? Or do you have another suggestion for how to space things out?

Says you don't need a front delt exercise, doesn't have front delt separation.
