The practice picks up just a bit today engaging you in the vocabulary we have learned thus far, while inviting transformation and progress.

Hi there, Adriene! It's about 2.20 am here and I just came back from work. I was supposed to follow day 6 today, but I'm going to listen to my body and have some before bedtime yoga. I don't want to totally drop it and it feels good to know that there are alternatives for when something didn't go right during the day. Thank you for helping me by showing me that the "there are alternatives, listen to your body" way. My past self would go to sleep full of guilt and quit the day after

I'm here after HOME and BREATH
Before I found Adriene's channel I've tried another yoga classes both online and offline, but none of them was good for me.
I do from 2 to 4 vids a day, and I can say I've never felt myself so good before.

omg! today was difficult! i get so out of breath sometimes and find it difficult to center myself with the breath when i run out… trying my best and hoping that by the end of all this i'm not so out of breath when doing yoga!
Wow, I needed this so much. I was so scared going into this one cause I knew it was gonna be hard and my symptoms have been so bad lately. But my gosh, even with some adaptions this practice made me feel so strong and made me cry in gratitude towards my body for getting me here. It’s a miracle my body can move at all. My depression has really been getting to me lately and today was the first time I felt truly happy and thankful in a while. Thank you 💜🙏🏻🥲
