First the Bruno video from bios3, now this..
:'(
Respect.
Wish I had friends, especially lifting buddies or people who can be considered polymaths, that I can talk to about this subject. Lost my Grandma 12-26-13 and still effects me greatly till this day. Maybe because she was the only person in my life who genuinely made me happy.
Thanks man I lost my dad and grandfather five days apart on December 23 and 28 in 2012
You guys are the best
Lifting cures all ills
i love how if this was 4 British guys, it would be soon fucking awkward right now!
Great vid man. Wishing the best for all of you guys!
okay, there was no deathlifting in this video, im out.
Its often the saddest people that laugh and joke the most. Respect Lu.
Forgot about that squat vid mikes spotting is hilarious!
i found myself through lifting as well…my dad walked out and my mom is an irresponsible ho
That shirt…. it's great in so many ways
The day I found out a good friend of mine had died, I went about my daily routine in a bit of a fog. Numb. I wasn't able to wrap my head around it. Then I hit the gym in the afternoon. All those things I couldn't process mentally got worked out physically. I was sore for days afterwards, but I was feeling something again. And that helped. It was a small thing but it helped.
My dad has less then a year to live. Perfect video
Probably the best and unifying video for all Raskols. Fantastic message about turning negatives into postives. Great work, bro! Omar "Motivational Speaker" Isuf #dontletyourdreamsbedreams #justdoit
Time to Deadlift these feels….
Omar, your t shirt killed me X)
beautiful guys- love to see y'all getting heady and exploring the mental and emotional side of gettin' swole
This was definitely something I needed to see; since I was diagnosed with a rare connective tissue cancer in 2013, things haven't been easy to say the least. Between chemo treatments and surgery and recovery afterwards, I initially did crossfit for a while, only to get into powerlifting in time forward. It's been about 2 years since I started, and with my recent re-diagnosis of the same cancer, this has been a saving grace for me. Between the people I surrounded myself with and pushing towards the goals I set, it's been such a positive change for me. Omar, thank you, for this video, reigniting my spirit again
dig your fallout t shirt!
and there is people that are disliking this video , like wtf !!!
My dad passed away 8 months ago after 6 months of battle with lung cancer and whole bunch of other stuff… Next 6 months I was in deep depression, suicidal thoughts, but not that I would harm myself, it was just those thoughts. I was doing nothing but going to the gym, destroying the weights, sleeping for like 15h per day and eating . Haven't studied at all and for the last 2 months I'm trying to get myself back up on the feet.
Lifting is what kept me sane and alive, so when I say "gym is life", I mean it wholeheartedly.
Thank you for this video.
