Killer! After a 45 minute heavy upper body sesh made all 4 rounds with 5 and 8lb dumbbells with a few slight modifications! Going up in weight next go round.

Scott, I just worked out with you for the first time. I usually do this on my own. Dude I kept up with you but you kicked my ass. I used 30 lbs for squash and renegade row 10 lbs for everything else. Dripping sweat like crazy. I noticed working with you is a BIG difference from doing it on my own. Respect

I also like the follow along workouts! I think you’d have many more followers this way … me included! I used 2 x 8kg dumbbells for exercises 1,2 and 5, and 2 x 4 kg for 3 and 4. Matching your intensity was the hardest part. You were 11 burpees in 30s, I was only managing 7…😫😅
