Deadlift PR – 5 x 400 lbs – 180 kg – MattDoesFitness

My Deadlift has struggled a bit over the last couple of weeks but I hit 5 reps at 180 kg / 400 lbs today which I think is worth more than my 200 kg / 440 lbs 1 rep max PR. My short-term goal of 500 lbs is hopefully not too far away!
