Hello there, have you tried MUSCLEADER (just search Google)? On their website you can watch a nice free video demonstrating the way to build noteworthy muscle really fast while eliminating fat simultaneously. Fabian or many other guys like him experienced good success applying this methodology. Perhaps it will help you out too…

Great, informative video Scott! After recently giving up long distance running, i've been trying to gain mass with compound movements, including the deadlift. However, I really struggle to get low enough due to ankle/hip inflexibility so my lower back takes a lot of strain. Do you have any tips for this issue or alternative exercises that provide similar results? Did someone teach you the correct technique when you were new to this exercise?
Thanks heaps!

Do you find the bar rubbing against your shin whenever you bring it up and then down?

+ScottHermanFitness I think I've been doing this workout wrong, because the second time I tried to do it, I hurt my back, also the back side of my both legs. So, is it important to do this move like in a sitting position while leaning? I think I've done that wrong. Also, should the gap between legs be as it is shown on the vid? Not more or less?

Dude you need to be telling rookies that they should have there hips higher at the beginning of the lift, it is not a squat. Hips high, chest up, chin down and drive with the hips. Also don't let the bar drag over the top of your knees on the way down.

My the way my body bends is weird because I can't really squat parallel with my feet faceing forward like most squats. The bone below my hips hurt a lot.

My lower back hurts a little after my first time deadlifting last night. Is that how it is supposed to be? Is the lower back the main muscle being targeted by deadlifts? Sorry but it is just my first time lifting.

To guys saying "Why he can't wear a shirt", you can see muscle movement better without it. To those asking "Why is he yelling?", it's a gym where his sound echoes and better to be louder than otherwise. You guys are missing the point! Knowing the muscle movement is the key to all exercises and no one can do that without explaining it properly. I appreciate this dude's video. Consistently one of the best explanation, however with some I do not completely agree.

Why not wear a mike so you don't have to scream and we have to suffer through you yelling and echos? Simple.

Appreciate Video! Sorry for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you researched – Millawdon Muscles Mountain Trick (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a great one of a kind guide for learning an effective strength training program to get fast results without the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy after many years got excellent success with it.

Can you deadlift without squats?

I dont have a squat rack at home but I've been deadlifting heavier and heavier. Will I get some sort of leg muscle imbalance?
