I’ve made it through the first week of Wendler! Woo! This was the start of week 2 of Wendler 531 (the Boring But Big variation) and today was deadlift day. In week 2 it’s sets of 3 reps with a ‘plus reps’ set & then the ever enjoyable 5 sets of 10 at my starting weight. I thought this was gonna suck & I was right. However, on the plus side, I hit a rep PR & felt good!
