Phil is over with Olympia. He won 7 titles and he knows he wont win another, and since he lost he will avoid the shame to lose again. Better to lose second and retire from Olympia than faces the embarrasement of third or four plc. He knows his time has past . Fresh younger meat is coming strongly. There's a new generation coming. Shawn could compete for few years more but his old too so is Dexter who should retire this year . He's getting older and his not what he used to be and to be honest Sandoe should have won Arnold last year but they give it to Dexter as a one last time gift i think. Dexter doesnt know when to retire and he keeps compeeting maybe to make some more money before he retires but i think there's an up and coming younger generation that will occupy most top places at O and Armold yhis year even New York and California PRO..
