I have the feeling that you don’t focus enough on the fact that for you this intuitive eating went well and you lost the weight naturally easy because you had a lot of muscle mass to begin with. You are a highly sportive person. If someone does this also because they see you do this but are not sporty enough and don’t have muscle mass enough. They gain a lot of fat mass and it can get dangerous if they don’t lose it easily. This is just my concern I am not a dietician but I do want to know what other people think about my concern 👍🏻

New subbie here. And so happy i found this channel 💖 i am working on getting healthy and building strength
I have always been underweight, and I have never been this motivated to gain and get healthy. I started off at 45kg during October and with some workouts and proper eating i am currently at 48.3kg. I have never been that big. And yet i still feel so small
It scares me to think how small i have been. I was literally always hovering around 44 or 45… and i am 1.62 m… the ideal weight for my height is 55kg. Hopefully i will be there next year! Wish me luck!
i wish i could do this but because of PCOS, I have to be more careful with gluten, dairy and sugar. However, I have been experimenting with my body to see how much gluten, dairy and sugar it takes for my body to react. sugar so far has had immediate reaction, gluten not so much and dairy too ive noticed immediate reactions
I started watching your videos and your journey and I absolutely love it. I had a car accident around the same time you got your back injured and I had some herniated disk as well. I know how you felt from being active and being able to do many thing to start all over and be gentle to yourself and pretty much trust the process. ❤️
