Hey my friends! Here’s the mobility routine I shared in the video: It’s just an example and there’ll be more routines in the upcoming RESTART programme as well as more workouts via app-form♥️
About 30s of each works well, the idea is to keep it really light so do this at your own pace!
1. High knee walks
2. Leg cradle walks
3. Backward lunge walk with hamstring stretch
4. Walk with forward sweep
5. Walking hip openers (abducting)
6. Walking hip openers (adducting)
7. Inchworms
8. Lateral split squats
9. Rotational split squats
10. Hip flexor stretch
11. Dynamic frog stretch
12. Reverse lying butterfly stretch
13. Thoracic rotations
14. Thoracic spine foam roll (don’t go all the way up to the neck)
15. Arch to curl
16. Forward split (as far as you can go down)
17. Box split stretch (as far as you can go down)
