Ok team it’s time to focus on that core strength! It’s day 9 of my Fierce 2.0 program and we are about to set those ABS on fire! Your core is the foundation for your entire body and keeping it strong is essential in maintaining healthy, pain free movement, improving posture and athletic performance.
