You guys are CRUSHING the #2020Challenge so far! Idk about you but my abs are soooooore! This week, we’re doing 20 reps of abs every day + 20 reps of another new exercise every day!

This week’s moves are:

Jan. 8th (starts 0:48) – 20 butterfly bridges + 20 criss cross (butt + abs)
Jan. 9th (starts 2:43) – 20 oil riggers + 20 rollovers (arms + abs)
Jan. 10th (starts 8:29) – 20 lunges + 20 leg outs (legs + abs)
Jan. 11th (starts 11:03) – 20 walnut crushers + 20 single leg drops (back + abs)
Jan. 12th (starts 13:41) – 20 sprinters + 20 crunches (obliques + abs)
Jan. 13th (starts 16:27) – 20 squat jumps + 20 russian twists (cardio + abs)
Jan. 14th (starts 18:57) – 20 plank jacks + 20 butt ups (total body + abs)

I appreciate what you do soooo much Cassey! I've been working out pretty much every day since I started the 2020 challenge. Even on days I really don't feel like it, I figure it's only 2 moves and I push myself to do them. By then, I'm fully in the mood to do a 30 mins workout. Loving the changes I'm seeing in my body so far and loving how good I feel. Thank you! ❤❤❤

MAN it feels so good to do these again! I got so behind so I just did days 11-14 right now. going to try to do a few more days, if I can. But it feels SO good, not only to workout to these videos again because of the actual workout, but because I feel like I'm doing it with someone! And because Cassie is so good at motivating and being upbeat, while also being relatable and showing when she's feeling the burn! haha. Thanks Cassie for being who you are and for 1) motivating people everywhere to workout and 2)being a great example of nutrition, exercise, health, trying new things, etc!!! You rock!

Day9 : o god oil whatever was tough and so was rollover but i did it in like modified one and fast fast
Day 10: done
Day11 :done
Day12 :bro the spinster or whatever and the crunch it hurtsssssss damnnn i took a lot of time
Day 13:done and omg those squat jumps my leg and soon after twists tho im used to that so i did the modified one still it burnssss
Day14 :done,the butt ups i cud only do till 17 with breaks ahh but 2 weeks done
