Wow.. Doing this. Continuously for 100 is not easy for me. But glad that i made it through even tough i did the knee bend after 52😄. Casey, you are very strong and awesome. Thanks for making this video. I dont think i could finish this without your video.

I really dont want to stop but i seriously cant do a roll up. I couldnt do the other optiona given either. I've gotton so far! I dont want to stop. Should I just do day 7 again?

Oh my goshhhh!!! 😵😵 I thought this was going to be somewhat easy, but this was actually really really challenging! Who would’ve thought just rolling up could be a solid ab workout! 😂
