Mad props to anyone who could keep up with these girls!!!
My joints were killing me and I got terrible leg cramps when trying to do too many with the same leg so I did 10 and changed to the other leg. I only got to fifty on each tho so I did the remaining ones with both legs on the floor and added an extra 50 to try and make up for cheating

What WAS that? This was the hardest one so far and I feel it in my lower back and my knees hurt. At first I felt it in my hamstrings/glutes, but then really in my quads. It was also the first move I had to split into 50/50 each side and then repeat.

I must’ve been really unmotivated or my form was really bad because I didn’t feel anything but my muscle on the back of my thighs cramping when my legs were too close to my butt. My lower back hurt tho

wow this one is the HARDEST so far

i've been doing challenge exercises + 50 regular hip thrusts and i can already feel the change! the lift isn't really visible yet (though my butt definitely looks a lil better than a week ago), but my legs and hips feel STRONG. that's a weird feeling (i'm a total beginner when it comes to exercise), but it feels great!

I really thought that I would take a break after 10 reps or so but wow, I'm surprised and proud that I didn't. I kept going, telling myself that I was stronger than the pain and it worked. This isn't an easy move, I groaned when we stretched after working on our right side because the fresh burn made it very hard for me to even stretch, then I felt the burn on the top of my left thigh and whole leg too at the end. CRAZY!

Today I felt like shit. Had a bad day and so on. Did my day 7 wk from the beginners calendar since I do them at the same time and attempted to do it but failed miserably. My whole body cramped so much .
I postponed since now and even debated if i should still do it since today was so bad for me. It was hard but i still managed. Took a lot of brakes in sessions of 10-15 reps but now i feel so good and acomplished.
